Georgia
Jasper County		Know all men by these presents that Gatewood Dunn of 
the state and county aforesaid, for and in consideration of the sum of fifty 
dollars to me in hand paid by William Taylor of the same place, have granted 
bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant bargain sell and release 
unto the said William Taylor, all and singular my rite title and interest to a 
certain tract or parcel of land containing ninety acres more or less the said 
land lying and being situated in the county aforesaid in the 364 District it 
being the plantation whereupon Henry Head formerly lived; and the same being 
the west part of lot # 129 Japthn Alford , and on the north by Lois Spear, and 
on the west by Francis N. Taylor and on the south by a lot known by the name of 
Booth’s Lot, together with all and singular the writes members  hereditaments 
unto the said William Taylor and his heirs and assigns forever and from no 
other person . In witness wherof I have hereto set my hand and seal this 6th 
day of April in 1829
