This Indenture made this fifteenth day of July one thousand eight hundred and 
fifteen between Isham Harris of the State and County of Jasper of the one part 
and Tyre Kelley of the State and County aforesaid of the other part, Witnesseth 
for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars by sd. Kelley paid 
to the sd. Harris in hand the receipt whereof hereby acknowledged hath 
bargained and sold & delivered and by these present bargain sell and deliver 
unto the said Kelley a certain tract or lot of land containing two hundred two 
and a half acres be the same more or less and being in County of Jasper 
formerly Baldwin and State aforesaid in the nineteenth district and known in 
the plan of said district by Lot No. 260 and the said Harris doth for himself 
and against all other person or persons direct or indirectly and doth sell and 
deliver unto the sd. Kelley the aforesaid land & premises with all and singular 
the rights members and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise 
appertaining to him, his heirs and assigns all that lot or parcel of land 
containing two hundred two and a half acres be the same more or less and the 
said Harris forever and defend the rights of the sd. bargained land from 
himself his heirs or assigns executors administrators unto the said Kelley his 
heirs and assigns forever in fee simple in witness whereof I have hereunto set 
my hand and affixed my seal the day & year first above written.
