Written: July 2, 1816

		This indenture made and entered into this second day of July in 
the year One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixteen between Tyre Kelly of the one 
part and Willoughby Hammack of the other part both of the above sd. State and 
County
Witnesseth that the said Kelly for and in coneresideration of the sum of Five 
Hundred dollars to him in hand paid by the sd. Hammack the rect. (receipt)  
whereof  is herby acknowledged  hath  bargained and sold and by these presents 
do bargain and sell unto the sd. Hammack a certain lot of land in sd. county 
nineteenth  district and No. two sixty (Baldwin now Jasper) containing two 
hundred two & ½ acres which lot of land I the sd. Kelley do warrant and forever 
defend against any claim or claims whatsoever to the sd. Hammack. In (witness) 
whereof I do hereunto set my hand and seal

	Came before me in proper person John H. Trimble and after being duly 
sworn saith that he saw Tyre Kelly sign the within deed for the purpose within 
mentioned; also 
Saw William Trimble assign the same as a subscribing witness with myself. Sworn 
to before me Decr. 30th 1817
