Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of Three hundred and seventy five dollars to me in hand paid before the signing and sealing of these presents have granted bargained sold and conveyed unto the aforesaid William Tucker a certain tract or parcel of land by and being in the 15th Dist of originally Baldwin now Jasper County and part of Lot 65, 64, & {56 or 57} here follows the metes and bounds beginning on a pine corner on the original line between 56 & 57 thence along to the original corner a white oak on the North East end of the line thence along the original line thence along the original line a North West course to a red oak corner along a new marked line a North East to a chestnut stake corner thence a South East course to a pine corner thence a straight line a South West course to a white oak corner thence a straight line to the beginning corner it being estimated to be Eighty five acres more or less which land with all the rights members and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any ways appertaining. I grant bargain and sell unto the said Tucker his heirs {and assigns} by {these presents}, do bind myself and all other persons whatsoever in fee simple.
