Witness that the said John Moreland for and in consideration of the Sum of Six hundred dollars to him in hand paid before the Signing and delivery of these presents the receipt where of he doth hereby acknowledge____ have granted. _____? and confirmed and by these presents do grant Sell and Confirm unto the Said Joel A Reeves all that that tract or parcel of land Containing two hundred two and a half acres lying in formerly Baldwin now Randolph County on the Waters of Murder Creek in the fifteeth district and known by N. thirty one drawn by John Moreland of Putman County in the last land lottery together with all and singular the rights members and appertinancy unto the Said tract of land belonging or in any wise appertaining and the _________ and __________ rents _________and profits thereof to have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land andd all and Singular the premisese afor unto the Said Joel A Reaves by ___________ and assigns to by own proper eye and behoof forever in _________? simple and the Said John Moreland the Said tract or parcel of land with the appertenancy unto the Said Joel A Reaves by heirs and ___________ against him the Said John Moreland by his heirs Executory administration and asign and against the claim of all and every other person or persons whatsoever will warrant and for ever defend the Sale of land aforesaid In witness when of I have hereunto let my hand and seal the day and year above written In presence of } John Moreland Seal Signed and delivered } John Willson } John Lewis } Whereas John Willson ann before me this tho 19th day of Georgia August 1811 and being duly Sworn Randolph County Saith that he saw John Moreland of Putnam Co., asign and subscribe by name to the within deed of conveyance and deliver the same to Joel A. Reaves the day and date therein mentioned and that he saw John Lewis sign his name as witness to the aforesaid Deed of conveyance and deliver the same to Joel A Reaves the day and date therein mentioned and that he saw John Lewis sign his name as witness to the aforesaid deed of conveyance.
