By lot No. 107, thence S. 26, No. 104 thence SE by No. 122, to have and to hold the above granted and bargained premises with appurtenances thereof unto him the said Radford Ellis his heirs and assigns forever to his and their own proper use and behoof and also I the said James Standley do for myself my heirs executors and administrators covenant with the said Radford Ellis his heirs and assigns that at and untill the _________ of these presents I am well seized of the premises a good indefensible Estate in fee Simple and have good right to bargain and sell the same in manner and from as is above written that the same is free from all incumbrance whatsoever and furthermore I the said James Stanley do by these presents bind myself and my heirs forever to warrant and defend the above granted and bargained premises to him to the said Radford Ellis and his heirs and assigns. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand on the 15th day of August 1812. Signed sealed and delivered in the presence of us.
