The Weekly Constitution, Atlanta, Ga. October 21, 1879
Jasper County Sheriff's Sale - Will be sold before the Court-house door in the 
town of Monticello, Jasper county, Georgia, during the legal hours of sale, on 
the first Tuesday, in November, 1879, a certain tract or parcel of land 
containing four hundred acres, more or less, situate in Jasper county, Georgia, 
bounded by lands of Josiah Freeman, C. A. Freeman, John Wyatt and others, as 
the property of I. T. Wyatt to satisfy a fi fa from Jasper Superior Court in 
favor of A. G. Foster vs. Isaac T. Wyatt, which has been levied on said land.  
Also, at the same time and place, will be sold one hundred acres of land, known 
as part of the Isaac T. Wyatt lands, bounded by lands of John Broughton, Doster 
and others, to satisfy the same fi fa, which has been levied thereon, as the 
property of Isaac T. Wyatt, Property pointed out by plaintiff's attorney.
