Mrs. Penn
MONTICELLO – Ruth Kelly Penn, 85, died Tuesday in a local hospital.  
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the chapel of Jordan Funeral 
Home in Monticello.  Burial will be in Westview Cemetery.  The Rev. Dr. Jim 
Renault will officiate.

Mrs. Penn, a native of Jasper County, was a member of Monticello Baptist 
Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Louise Ramsey and Nannie Ruth Morgan, both 
of Monticello; a son, Richard Penn of Adel; a sister, Virginia Smith of 
Milledgeville; a brother, Arthur Kelly of Monticello; seven grandchildren 
and nine great-grandchildren.
