A justice of the peace on and for said county. The above assigned witnesses who deposit and say that they were present when the above was written will was made and signed it and do further say it contains the last will and testament of Hezekiah Dorsey deceased, we saw it and delivered for purposes therein contained the July 23rd 1847. Bussey Franklin George In open court, before the Court of Ordinary of Jasper County - now setting in person appeared Charles L. Bussey and Franklin George, two of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing will of Hezekiah Dorsey, late of Jasper County. in--who being sworn deposeth and say that the said Hezekiah Dorsey in the presents of said two witnesses. and Elizabeth Mary Holland and Elizabeth M. Bussey who likewise subscribed said will as witnesses - directed the foregoing will to be executors for him by Franklin George and declared and published. The said Hezekiah being too feeble and infirm to do more than speak -- that the said will was duly and acknowledged by the said testators to be his last will and testament. After being read to him and was attested by all the witnesses above name in his presents and in the presents of each other that all the time of executing said will, the said Hezekiah was of sound and disposing mind and memory. Known to and subscribed before me this 6th day of September 1874. In Open Court Davis Lane Charles L. Bussey Franklin George The foregoing will of Hezekiah Dorsey having been proven byt he others of Charles L. Bussey and Franklin George this day before the Court of Ordinary of Jasper County. It is now ordered be the court that letters testamentary be issued to Knox Fuller upon said will and that Franklin George, Charles L. Bussey, Lawson J.
