I do certify that Benjamin Shepard and Milberry Oliver were duly joined in 
matrimony by me this 30th, day of January 1825.

Additional Comments:
Benjamin P. Shepard/Sheppard and Milberry/Milbry Oliver were my grt. grt. grt. 
grandparents. He married Milbry in Jasper County, Ga. He was later in Coweta 
County, Ga. in 1840 and in Carroll County, Ga. in 1850. Milbry had apparently 
died before 1850. He married no. 2: Elizabeth Dial on 01 July 1851 in Carroll 
County, Ga. Benjamin P. was born in 1805 and I believe him to be the son of 
Charles Sheppard who died in Baldwin County, Ga. Charles' wife is unknown.
