Item 1st: I desire that all my just debts be payed. Item 2nd: I give, bequeath and advise to my son, Andrew Jackson White the following property to witt: My plantation on Alcovy River in said county and state on which he now lives, and my son Andrew Jackson White, to have the use and enjoyment of said plantation during his natural life, and at his death to his children. Item 3rd: I give bequeath and advise to my daughter Sara P. Malone the following property to witt: The place on which I now live, including the Minton Place, to her and her children if any, and if she has no children, and should die before her husband, J. Lee Malone, that he is to have the property for and during his natural life, and he is to see that the property is well cared for and original forest not to be used only to keep up the plantation, and I farther give and bequeath to my daughter Sara P. Malone, two-hundred (200) dollars in cash money for the affection shown me during my latter days and also my entire household and kitchen furniture during her natural life. Item 4th: I give bequeath and devise to my son A. F. White my plantation known as the Rainey Place in said county, my son A. F. White to have the and enjoyment of said plantation. Item: 5th All my perishable property be sold, either private or public, as my here in after named executors may deem best, and the proceeds be equally divided among my children. I here by direct that my executors to my last will and testament settle my estate without returning it to the court of ordinary or any other court whatsoever. Item 6th: I here by constitute and appoint my daughter Sara P. Malone and A. F. White executors of this my last will testament and that they my above executors is to wind up my estate without any commission. This 29 day of January 1904. William P.
