Gay Administrator for the Estate of Samuel Howard has fully administered upon said Estate as provided by law & that he has published in one of the public gazettes of the State Notice of this his application for & during the legal time for such publication & it further appears that no application to said application is made it is ordered by the Court that such Letters of Dismission be granted said Administrator. Additional Comments: No will was found for Samuel Howard, only Estate records. Samuel Howard was the father of John C. Howard, Tabitha Howard Dulin, Rutha Howard Finley, Wiley J. Howard.
