Whereupon a warrant of appraisement was issued to Richard Turner, Daniel Dassy, H. J. Smith, Samuel Henderson and Julius Murdock to appraise said estate. Ordered that Judy McClendon be appointed admx and Joel McClendon and James Crockett admrs on the estate of Francis McClendon, late of said county decd and Thomas Clay and John Vandegress became their security in the sum of four thousand dollars, and the said administratrix and administrators were duly qualified whereupon a warrant of appraisement was issued to Washington Holland, Dunston Banks, Theophilus Pye, Jacob McClendon and Jonas J. Holland to appraise said estate. It appearing to the court that William Trippe guardian of Sarah Trippe and Reuben J. Trippe is about to remove from the state, and that they have chosen Henry W. Trippe as their guardian. It is therefore ordered that said Henry W. Trippe be appointed guardian as aforesaid and Yancy Thornton became his security in the sum of four hundred dollars for his faithful guardianship and that William Trippe on making a return and delivering the effects of said minors over to said Henry W.
