Will of Champion Traylor 31 Jan 1817 Jasper County, GA

In the name of God amen.  I,  Champion T. TRAYLOR, of the State of 
Georgia, Jasper County, being of perfect  mind and memory, thanks be 
given to Almighty God.  calling to mind that mortality of amy body, 
knowing that is appointed for all men once to die, do make and ordain 
this my l;ast will and testament.  
First I give and bequeath to my dearly beloved wife, Avarilah B. 
TRAYLOR whom I likewise constitute make and ordain the Sole Executrix 
of this my last will and testament, five negroes namely Daniel, Mark, 
Tinor, Lewis and Wiley.  Also a certain tract of land joining JOHNSON 
and DIANILDES (?) with all my household and kitchen furniture also my 
Gigg (?).   also stock of oats, kindes, herder (?) cattle and hogs.  
And my desire is that my dear wife A. B. TRAYLOR should have all my 
money after payment of debts by her freely performed and enjoyd and at 
her disposal for ever and I do hereby atesty (?) , disallow, provoke, 
disannul all and every other former testament will and bequeath by me 
in any way before named  willed and bequeathed notifying and continuing 
this and no other to be my last will and testament.  I witness whereof  
i have here unto set my hand Seal this thirty first day of January in 
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventeen.

of of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have
