                              Mr. Bush
 Funeral services for Mr. Lonza H. Bush, 71, of Hazlehurst, who died Feb. 20 
at his residence after a brief illness, were held Friday at Satliia Freewill 
Baptist Church.
 The Rev. Calvin Rowland and the Rev. A. C. Truluck officiated with burial in 
the church cemetery.
 Mr. Bush was a native of Johnson County but had lived most of his life in 
Jeff Davis County. He was a retired farmer and a member of Smith's Chapel 
Baptist Church.
 Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Lorene Toler of Hazlehurst, Mrs. Clara 
Roberson of Vidalia, Mrs. Virginia Ward of Albany, and Mrs. Juanita Dowell of 
Crest Line, Ohio; four sons, Eschol Bush and Jessie Bush, both of Hazlehurst, 
James F. Bush and Roger Bush, both of Macon; five sisters, Mrs. Dessie Bell 
Wilcker of Lyons, Mrs. Adelle Strickland of Swainsboro, Mrs. Annie Mae Manning 
and Mrs. Mary Lee Paige, both of Adrian, and Mrs. Myrtle Love of Midville.
 Active pallbearers were grandchildren of Mr. Bush.
 Miles Funeral Home of Hazlehurst was in charge of all arrangements.


Additional Comments:
Lonzie was born 10-28-1902 to Jim Bell "Coot" Bush and Della E. Douglas Bush. 
His wife was Maudie Lee Daniels Bush. Georgia death certificate  #004082.
