                     Mrs. Maudie Lee Bush Buried 17th
 Mrs. Maudie Lee Bush, age 55, passed away in a Milledgeville hospital Sunday 
after an extended illness.
 Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Satilla 
Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Bob Chavis and Rev. Wilson Worth 
officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
 Survivors include her husband, L. H. Bush of Alma; four daughters, Mrs. 
Lorine Toler and Miss Juanita Bush, both of Alma, Mrs. Clara Robertson of 
Baxley, and Mrs. Virginia Ward of Valdosta; four sons, Eschol, J. Frank, J. 
F., and Roger, all of Alma; three sisters, Mrs. Nettie Foskey of Macon, Mrs. 
Mary Ann Parker of McRae, and Mrs. Nora Fleming of Eastman; 12 grandchildren.
 Pallbearers were: Mann Bush, Fred Bush, C. R. Toler, Walter Cuthern, Russell 
Hughes, and Johnny Daniels.
 Thomas Funeral Home handled arrangements.

Maudie Lee was born 8-9-1904. Georgia death certificate #12058.
