                            Louise Floyd
 Mrs. Louise Floyd, 83, of High Springs, Fl., died Saturday, April 5, 2008 at 
Suwannee Valley Care Center in Lake City. She was born in Hazlehurst, Ga. and 
moved to High Springs 41 years ago from Kingsland, Ga. In her spare time, Mrs. 
Floyd enjoyed playing bingo. She was of the Baptist faith and preceded in 
death by her husband, Curtis Buddy Floyd; four sons, Lonnie Floyd, Bobby 
Floyd, A. J. Floyd, Johnny Taylor and her daughter, Betty Gunn. Mrs. Floyd is 
survived by two sons, Billy (Kim) Floyd, High Springs and Jerelton (Nissy) 
Floyd, Lake City; three daughters, Ann (Wayne) Hodges, Hillard, Fl., Faye 
(John) Johns, Lake City, Fl., and Jacqueline (Steve) Morgan, Lake City, Fl.; 
nineteen grandchildren and twenty-seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services 
for Mrs. Floyd will be conducted Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at 11:00am at 
Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at High Springs 
City Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held from 6:00-8:00pm 
Tuesday night at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of 
Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 3596 S. Hwy 441, Lake City. 386-752-1954

Louise was born 3 Apr 1925 to George Durant Foskey and Lilla M. Rowell Foskey.
