Foskey Dies in Auto Crash Here James Randall Foskey, 28, of 1462 Berkner Court was killed early yesterday when his car rammed the rear of a parked stationwagon on Bailey Avenue and careened 38 paces into a yard across the street, Bibb County police reported. A passenger in Foskey's car, Carey Holland, 27 of 345 Edwards Avenue, was injured in the crash but was dismissed from Macon hospital yesterday afternoon, attendants there said. Lt. Julian Bowen and Deputy Horace Busbee said Foskey's car was apparently traveling at a high rate of speed when it slammed into the other vehicle, which was parked in front 1428 Bailey Avenue. The impact spun the parked vehicle around and knocked it on its top into the yard at the Bailey Avenue address, the deputies said. The stationwagon, which belonged to Lee Harden Mason of 4523 Ayres Road, was demolished. Foskey's death brought to 17 Macon and Bibb County's traffic toll since Jan 1. Funeral services will be held at 4PM today at the Satilla Baptist Church in Hazelhurst, where the body will lie in state from 3PM until the funeral hour. Burial will be in the church cemetery. An employee of the Yearwood Chevrolet Company in Warner Robins, he was born in Jeff Davis County and moved to Macon three years ago. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Gloria June Chapman Foskey; three daughters, Linda Sue Foskey, Donna Fay Foskey, and Cynthia Gail Foskey; one son, Randall Jerome Foskey; his father, Homer J. Davis, Jeff Davis County; three sisters, Mrs. Bobby McLaughlin, Helena, Mrs. Ellene Rickston, Denton, and Miss Joyce Foskey, Hazelhurst; three brothers, Kenneth Foskey, Hazelhurst, Cealon Foskey, Macon, and Foye Foskey, Orlando, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews.
