                          Mrs. Annie Lee Foskey
 Services for Mrs. Annie Lee Foskey, 72, of Hazlehurst, who died Thursday in  
Jeff Davis Hospital after an extended illness, were held Sunday at Liberty 
Baptist Church. The Rev. Charles Carter and the Rev. Hal Jeffcoat officiated 
with burial in the Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery.
 Mrs. Foskey was a native and life long resident of Jeff Davis County and was 
retired from Hazlehurst Mills.
 Survivors include six daughters, Mae Taylor, Brenda Foskey, Virginia 
Roddenberry, all of Hazlehurst, Marilyn Haymons of Lumber City, Betty Taylor 
of Vidalia, and Mary Beckner of Kaisererslautern West Germany; five sons, 
Russell Herman Foskey of Atlanta, Ervin Foskey Jr. of Macon, Walter Foskey, 
Carroll Foskey, and Randall Foskey of Hazlehurst; five sisters, Nan Lou 
Creech, Geraldine Ellis, Lois Minton, and Kalley Mathis of Hazlehurst and 
Kathline Creech of Florida; two brothers, Lambert Horne of Hazlehurst and 
Colon Horne of Florida; 23 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
 Active pallbearers were Wendell Creech, Don Ellis, Daniel Foskey, Keith 
Foskey, Roy Roddenberry and Ronnie Harris.
 Honorary pallbearers were Freddie Freeman, Aubrey Shumans, Mary and M. D. 
Coleman, Mark Hall and Mackie and Caroline Sweat.
 Music was rendered by the Rev. Hal Jeffcoat.
 Miles Funeral Home was in charge.

Annie Lee was born 12-7-1919. Her husband was the late Ervin Frank Foskey Sr.
