On the application of Brittain Smith, Executor to the last will and testament 
of John Warren, deceased for letters testamentory on the Estate and effects of 
the said deceased.

Ordered that Brittain Smith Executor do attend at the Clerks Office and take 
the oath required by law and to theletters so put accordingly.

Brittain Smith Executor to the last will and testament of John Warren deceased 
attended and took the oaths.  Prder that the Court of Ordinary so meet on the 
first monday in every month throughout the year.

ORDERED:
	That letters of adminstration of the estate of Phillip Richardson be 
granted to John Richardson and (illegible) Nathan Richardson

That letters of administration on the estate of Vinson Powell, deceased, be 
granted to (illegible)Powell---and

That letters testamentary on the Last Will and Testament of Brittain Smith, 
deceased be granted to Simon Smith and Jordan Smith.

On the application of Simon Smith, one of the Executors of the Estate of 
Britain Smith, deceased and for an order for the distribution of said Estate 
and it appearing to the Court that legal notice therof was given, IT IS  
ORDERED,  John Cowart, William Hadden, Hugh Alexander, Ashley Wood, Bird 
Tarver, Joseph Chairs and Thomas Garvin be and they are hereby appointed to 
divide the said Estate of Britain Smith, deceased into as many parts or Shares 
as there are distributees and assigns by lot or otherwise as to them shall seem 
proper.  One of the said parts or shares to each distributee or his, her or 
their guardian or legal representative, that the above named persons or any 
number of them not less than three making the distribution so making the 
distribution shall be previously sworn to  make the same according to justice 
and equity without favor or affection to any of the parties to the best of 
their skill and  understanding
