Robinson ORDERED: That letters of adminstration of the estate of Phillip Richardson be granted to John Richardson and (illegible) Nathan Richardson That letters of administration on the estate of Vinson Powell, deceased, be granted to (illegible)Powell---and That letters testamentary on the Last Will and Testament of Brittain Smith, deceased be granted to Simon Smith and Jordan Smith. Page unkown: On the application of Simon Smith, one of the Executors of the Estate of Britain Smith, deceased and for an order for the distribution of said Estate and it appearing to the Court that legal notice therof was given, IT IS ORDERED, John Cowart, William Hadden, Hugh Alexander, Ashley Wood, Bird Tarver, Joseph Chairs and Thomas Garvin be and they are hereby appointed to divide the said Estate of Britain Smith, deceased into as many parts or Shares as there are distributees and assigns by lot or otherwise as to them shall seem proper.
