Whereas I Noah Adams being weak in body but in perfect mind and memory doth made and ordain this my last will and Testament …………. First my just debts to be paid out of my Estate such property as my Executor think proper. Second I give unto my loving son Horval one Sorrel horse one cow and calf and feather bed and furniture …………. Third I give unto my loving son John Sorrel hors Cow calf and sow and pigs one feather bed and furniture …………. Fourth I give unto my loving son Noah one Sorrel filly one cow and calf one sow and pigs feather bed and furniture ……………… Fifth I give unto my loving wife Opha all and singular the residue of my goods and chattles Land and tenements to be hers during her lifetime………….. Sixth I give unto my loving Miles fifty dollars to be paid as soon as can be collected by the Exectr after the death of my wife to be his full share of my estate………………… Seventh I give unto my son-in-laws John Liptrot Hardy Phillips & Green H Hayslip five dollars each It being their full share of my estate, to paid after the death of my wife…………… Eighth the reminder of my Estate to be equally divided between my loving children Sarah, James.
