Will Of Pool Hall In the Name Of God Amen , I , Pool Hall of the State of Georgia and of Jefferson County , Georgia , being very sick of body , but of perfect will and memory , thanks be given to Almighty God , calling to mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed for men to die do make and ordain this my last will and testament ..... that is to say principally and first of all I reccend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God that gave it and my body I reccend to the Earth to be buried in Decent Christian Burial at the discrisionof my Executors nothing douping but general resurrection I shall receive the same by the mighty power of God and as touching such worldly estate witneisith it hath pleased God to bless me with this life I demose and dispose of it following matter and form : First I give and bequeath to Susanna My Dearly Beloved wife one negro named Frank. Two negro women one named Ester and the other named ....... And as for my two daughters Nancy Stanly and Zelphy Hall I give unto them ............................................. five shillings ..................... Poll with all and singular my land .............. and all my household furniture horses cattle and hogs freely to be possesed an injoyed by her as long she liveth and after her decease my son James to have the aforesaid negro Frank likewise the negro wench named ......... to be given to my two sons Joseph Hall and Reddin Hall with her increase to be equally divided between them likewise it is my desire that after my wife decease her feather bed to be given unto my son Joseph Hall and James likewise constitute make and ordain my Dearly Beloved wife Excutrix and my son James Executor of this my last will and testament and I utterly dis_____ all and every other former statements will legatees bequests rattifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament. In witness there of I have herewith set my hand and seal the twenty sixth day of May and in the year one thousand eigth hundred and in the twenty fourth year of America's Independence .
