Smith one negro boy named Will, one feather bed and furn. beq to dau 
Mary Smith onenegro Woman Nell and Negro girl Susan, one feather bed 
and furn.. Son Jordan Smith one negro boy named Daniel, on feather bed 
and furn.. beq to son Thomas Smith one negro boy Jacob,negro girl Rachel 
and one negro girl Zilpha and also $50 in cash.. land to be equally 
divieded by line from river out to the rock line to my 3 sons..
to nephew Wilson Warren one feather bed and furn.. remainder of Estate 
tail and personal shall be sold and put to use or raising my family white 
and black and shcooling my children until youngest comes of age and the 
rest be equally div among my 5 worthy brothers: Simon Smith, Jordan 
Smith, Exors to my will.
