I, SHADRACK VINING, of the State of Georgia, Jefferson County, being of sound mind and disposing memory, and that is is appointed for all men once to die, do ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following -- Imprimis, I leave to my wife, PHEREBY, during her life or widowhood, the full enjoyment of all my Estate, both real and personal, to her only proper use benefit and belief. The Stallion excepted and after her death or widowhood, it is my will and desire that the whole of my Estate be equally divided among all my children. Item, I give the aforesaid Stallion to my son JOHN VINING. Lastly, I nominate and appoint JOHN BOUTIN and my son JOHN VINING Executors to this my Last Will and Testament. CHASTAIN, one of the subscribing witnesses to the last will and testament of SHADRACK VINING and being duly sworn, deposeth and saith that he was present and did see the Testator sign and acknowledge the same to be and contain his last will and testament, and that he was of sound and disposing mind and memory to the best of his knowledge and belief, and that JOHN BOUTIN and JOHN MORGAN together with this despondent did subscribe their names as witnesses thereto in the presence of the Testator and in each others presence.
