Give and bequeath to my daughter, NANCY SIMPSON, one dollar. I give and bequeath to my son JOHN VINING, in trust for the use of my daughter, RACHEL LIVINGSTON, twenty dollars, to be paid her at his discretion and not subject to the claim or control of her husband WILLIAM LIVINGSTON. I give and bequeath to my grandson, WILLIAM WARNER, thirty dollars. I give and bequeath to my grandson, JOHN EARNEST, thirty dollars. I give and bequeath to my son, JOHN VINING, all the rest and residue of my estate, real and personal of every nature and kid whatsoever, to him, his heirs and assigns forever. I do hereby nominate and appoint my son John Vining and my friend Joseph Price executors of this last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto made my mark and affixed my seal.
