LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF  NANCY VINING, 

In the name of God, amen, I NANCY VINING, of Jefferson Co in the Sate of
Georgia, do hereby make and declare this to by my last Will and Testament,
I give and bequeath to my son ABRAHAM VINING, twenty dollars, and the
bedstead, bed and furniture on which I lie, to him and his heirs and
assigns forever.

Give and bequeath to my daughter, NANCY SIMPSON, one dollar.  I give and
bequeath to my son JOHN VINING, in trust for the use of my daughter, RACHEL
LIVINGSTON, twenty dollars, to be paid her at his discretion and not
subject to the claim or control of her husband WILLIAM LIVINGSTON.

I give and bequeath to my grandson, WILLIAM WARNER, thirty dollars.
I give and bequeath to my grandson, JOHN EARNEST, thirty dollars.

I give and bequeath to my son, JOHN VINING, all the rest and residue of my
estate, real and personal of every nature and kid whatsoever, to him, his
heirs and assigns forever.
I do hereby nominate and appoint my son John Vining and my friend Joseph
Price executors of this last will and testament.  In witness whereof I have
hereunto made my mark and affixed my seal.

Signed, sealed, acknowledged and declared by the testatrix, as her last
Will and Testament in our presence.
