Mr. Harold Dorsey "Duck" Boatright, 88, of Millen died Sunday, Dec. 12, 2004.
 
His funeral will be held at 11 a.m. today, Wednesday, Dec. 15, at the Garfield 
Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Lewis Primitive Baptist Cemetery.
 
Mr. Boatright, a native of Emanuel County, was a retired farmer. He was a 
member of Garfield Baptist Church.
 
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Dorsey and Patricia Boatright of 
Statesboro; two grandchildren, Amy B. and Rob Fulford of Odenton, Md. and 
Jennifer and George Conlin of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; three great-grandchildren, 
Maeson, Mallory and Grady; and two sisters, Hilda Cook of Garfield and Lora 
Flowers of Florida.
 
Active pallbearers will be Randy Blackburn, Raymond Blackburn, Tim Fields, 
John Ell Hendley, Darrell Hendley, Jim Clemmons, Mitchell Johnson and Jerry 
Johnson.
 
Honorary pallbearers will be deacons of Garfield Baptist Church.
