Mr. Neal S. Coleman, 79, of Millen died Wednesday, Oct. 13, 2004.

His funeral was 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 16, at the Millen Baptist Church. Burial 
was in the Millen Cemetery.

Mr. Coleman was a native of Jenkins County. He was a U.S. Army veteran of 
World War II where he served with the 82nd Airborne Division. He was a retired 
boilermaker out of Savannah Local 26. He was formerly owner of Millen Florist. 
He was a member of the Millen Baptist Church where he attended the Boch Sunday 
School Class.

Survivors include his wife, Robbie Simmons Coleman; two sons and a daughter-in-
law, Donald Wayne and Wanda Coleman of Statesboro and Stan Coleman of Millen; 
two stepdaughters and sons-in-law, Kathy and Glenn Mays of Waycross and Sunny 
and Mark Posey of Millen; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Fannie Lou Larisey 
of Tarrytown and Betty and Clayton DeLaigle of Alexander; 11 grandchildren; 
and 13 great-grandchildren.

Active pallbearers were Branden Coleman, Chris Coleman, Sky Coleman, Daniel 
Posey, Danny DeLaigle and Corey Stout.

Honorary pallbearers were members of the Boch Sunday School Class, Edward 
Wilson and Sammy Strickland.
