Martha Dean Mulkey Chick, 72, of West Palm Beach, Fla, died Sunday, Nov. 21, 
2004 at a local hospice center in West Palm Beach after an extended illness. 
Visitation and funeral services were held 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 23, 
at Crowe-Fields Funeral Home. Burial was in the Millen Cemetery.

Chick was a native of Sardis and had lived in West Palm Beach for 51 years. 
She was a retired medical technologist for the State of Florida Health 
Services and was a member of First Baptist Church of West Palm Beach.

Survivors include her sister, Kathryn Mulkey Bridges of Martinez; a nephew, 
James Thomas Bridges of Tucson, Ariz.; and a stepson, Michael William Close of 
West Palm Beach.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Hospice 
of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Ave., West Palm Beach, FL  33407.
