Hazel Smith Cotton, 91, of Millen died Thursday, Nov. 18, 2004.
 
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 4, at the Ellis Chapel 
United Methodist Church with the Rev. Roy White officiating.
 
Mrs. Cotton, a native of Jenkins County, was a retired account manager.
 
She was a member of Ellis Chapel United Methodist Church.
 
Survivors include three sons, Galen Cotton of Houston, Texas, Alan Cotton of 
Albany and Stephen Cotton of Perkins; eight grandchildren; and six great-
grandchildren.
 
Memorials may be sent to the Sardis-Ellis Chapel Parsonage Fund, P.O. Box 222, 
Sardis, GA 30456.
