Funeral services were held Saturday, Sept. 11, at Williams Grove Church of God in Christ with the Rev. Bernard Clarke officiating. Foster was a native of Tattnall County and a member of Bethel A.M.E. Church. He was a 1996 graduate of Jenkins County High School, served in the United States National Guard and was employed with Capitol Architectural Products for the past six years. Survivors include two daughters, Keyasia L. Williams and Jayla K. Williams, both of Millen; his mother, Sharon (Larry) Harris of Millen; his father, Elzie (Wilma) Bacon of Glennville; two sisters, Carrie Nichole Foster and Cortney D. Harris, both of Millen; two brothers, Edmond Richardson of Atlanta and Justin "Bubba" Foster of Millen; seven uncles, Alfonso (Ida) Foster of Valdosta, Arnett "Jack" (Annie) Foster and Mikell (Joann) Foster, both of Millen, Ellis Foster of Hardeeville, S.C., John Foster of Savannah, Lester (Peggie) Bacon Sr. and Bishop Bennie (Martha) Bacon, both of Glennville, and Leo (Gail) Harris of Camilla; five aunts, Versie Raymond of Pulaski, Joan B. Foster of Reidsville, Julie B. Harris of Camilla, Johnnie B. Keels of Manteca, Calif., Marie B. Washington of Hayward, Calif.; and a very special niece and nephew, Janiyah K. Williams and James C. Williams Jr., both of Millen. Pallbearers were Hamp Jones, Pershawn Jeff, Travis Foreman, Carlos Reynolds, Darren LaCue, Thomas Hudson, David Mosley, Wesley Baldwin, Reggie Grier and Elrico Stephens.
