Mrs. Claudia Forehand Lanier, 84, died Monday, Nov. 29.

Funeral services were Wednesday, Dec. 1, at the Millen Baptist Church. Burial 
was in the Rosemary Primitive Baptist cemetery in Candler County.

Mrs. Lanier was born in Jenkins County, a retired seamstress for Thompson 
Company and a member of Millen Baptist Church.

Survivors include her son, Marshall Wayne Lanier of Millen; two sisters, Dolly 
Wimberly of Twin City and Lawanna Olliff of Thomasville; a brother, Robert 
Forehand of Millen; and two grandchildren.

Pallbearers were her nephews.
