DANIEL E. HALL  was born January 5, 1836 in Emanuel Co., GA, later Johnson 
County, the oldest child of Henry Hall and Amelia Johnson Hall.  He married 
Catherine E. Love December 31, 1854 in Emanuel County.  She was the daughter of 
LEMUEL LOVE and MARY TYSON.  He served in Company E,  32nd Regiment in C.S.A. 
He was in same unit as his brother Cass, and they were both at the Battle of 
Olustee near Lake City, Florida.

He drew a pension for his service.  He died September 27, 1909. 

Pension application in my posession.   Enlisted in Savannah, Georgia in June 
1862.  Was discharged in North Carolina after serving 2 1/2 years.  November 
1864 he was on furlow.   Went home on furlow and was taken sick with fever and 
never got well until after the surrender in 1865.  He was a miller and a chair 
maker.

MARY FRANCES HALL, b. April 25, 1861, Johnson Co., Georgia; d. March 11, 1940, 
Montgomery Co., GA. JOSEPH B. HALL, b. December 1863, Johnson Co., GA; d. Aft. 
1920.

JOSEPH B. HALL

CATHERINE, b. Abt. 1864.

CASWELL HALL, b. Abt. 1865.

UNKNOWN, b. Abt. 1869.

This is the family of Daniel E Hall in 1850.  He was the oldest son of Henry 
and Emilia  in his own house.  56 GMD, house 230
