Know all men by these presents that we Mitchell Neel and Noah Tison are held 
and firmly bound unto these honors the Judge of the Court of Ordinary for said 
county and their sucessors in office in the just and full sum of two hundred 
dollars for the payment of which sum we bind ourselves and our heirs  executors 
and adnministrators jointly severly and firmly by these presents sealed with 
our seal and dates this  the  7th day if September 1835

The execution of the above obligation is such that wheaeas the said Mitchell 
Neel is the appointed guardian to James Hall, J. J. Hall, John Hall,  and  
Sarah Hall,  orphans of James Hall deceased.  Now if the said Mitchell Neel do 
will and truly demean himself as guardian for said orphans agreeable to tellers 
of guardianship this becoming to date here with the above obligations to be 
void otherwise to remain in full force and virture signed seald and 
acknowleddged in open court.
