FOSKEY HAS BIRTHDAY Dinner Sunday In Honor Of Esteemed Adrian Lady Was Pleasant Affair A host of friends and relatives gathered Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Columbus Foskey of Adrian, to celebrate Mrs. Foskey's birthday anniversary. Mrs. Foskey is 50 years old and has been afflicted for several years, but is now able to walk again with the aid of a cane, her many friends are glad to know. The affair Sunday gave her friends and relatives an opportunity to remind her of their love and esteem by visiting her and making the day a pleasant occasion to be long remembered. During the morning, those present engaged in singing, with B. J. Everett as organist, and in the afternoon, string music was rendered by a group composed of Elzie Smith, Irwin Belote, Obie Foskey, and Johnnie McCoy. At the noon hour a bountiful dinner was spread on a long table in the yard. Mrs. Foskey received many nice and useful gifts. Additional Comments: This is Mary Elizabeth "Lizzie" Toler/Toller Foskey. Her husband was Christopher Columbus "C. C." Foskey.
