                      Indicts Four Men For Murder
..........Elmo Butterworth, Scott farmer, was indicted for the murder of his 
father-in-law, Hillery Pope, at their home in the Scott community in January. 
Butterworth was held to the grand jury by a justice-of-the-peace court on a 
manslaughter charge. .............
