                       Foskey Rites Today 3PM
 ADRIAN---Final rites for Mrs. Allen Foskey, 62, who died Tuesday in a Dublin 
hospital after a two week's illness, were held today at Piney Mt. Church near 
Wrightsville, with Sammons Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
 Born and reared in Johnson County, Mrs. Foskey had lived in Adrian for 20 
years. She was the daughter of the late Tom Carter and Martha Sumner of 
Johnson County. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
 Surviving are her husband, Joseph Allen Foskey; three sisters, Mrs. Pearl 
Thigpen of Adrian, Mrs. Lotus Pall of Wrightsville, and Mrs. Willie Hosges of 
Wrightsville; three brothers, Horace Carter of Milledgeville and Bud and 
Wallace Carter of Wrightsville.

Additional Comments:
Her husband was Joseph Tilman Foskey.
