                            Milton Claxton
 Milton L. Claxton, 45, of 4156 Pio Nono Ave., died Tuesday in a local 
hospital. Services will be held at 2pm today in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church 
near Wrightsville. Burial will be in Westview Cemetery. The Rev. Curtis Drake 
and the Rev. C. E. Vines will officiate.
 Mr. Claxton, a native of Johnson County, lived in Macon 20 years. He was a 
Baptist.
 Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Peggy Claxton of Macon; a stepson, Mike 
Griffin of Macon; a stepdaughter, Miss Sherry Griffin of Macon; a brother, Joe 
P. Claxton of Wrightsville; four sisters, Mrs. Velma Price and Mrs. Lance 
Martin, both of Macon, Mrs. Edna Baggett of Dudley, and Mrs. Gail Drake of 
Dublin.
 Stanley Funeral Home of Wrightsville has charge of arrangements.

Milton was born 8 Jan 1935 to Milton Little Claxton Sr. and Louella Hall 
Claxton. Georgia death certificate #019004.
