Foskey, 69, died Saturday, Nov. 11, 2000, at Johnson County Nursing Home. Born in Treutlen County, he was the son of the late John M. and Mary Etta Foskey. He was a member of Smith's Chapel Primitive Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. Foskey was retired. Survivors include his son John Foskey of Warner Robins; daughters Elaine Kramer of Summerville, JoAnn Sanderlin of Nusella and Ginger Barbee of Macon; sisters Georgia Wilson of Macon, Leodias Evans of Louisiana, Lois Brantley of Soperton, Cleo Collins of Tarrytown, Clara Mae Mosley of Lyons; and 13 grandchildren.
