L. Foskey D. L. Foskey, 73, of 2165 Alabama Ave. died Sunday at Memorial Medical Center after a short illness. He was a native of Adrian and lived in Savannah for the past 37 years. He was a retired carpenter and was a member and deacon of Morningside Baptist Church, where he taught Sunday School for many years. He was a member of the Adult Five-Foskey's Couple Class. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Florence M. Foskey of Savannah; three sisters, Mrs. Boshie McDaniel and Mrs. Katie Mae McDarris, both of Adrian, and Mrs. Beulah Peeples of Soperton; four brothers, J. G. Foskey, Obie Foskey, and Bob Foskey, all of Adrian and Tillman Foskey of Wrightsville; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral servives will be held Tuesday at 2:30PM at Morningside Baptist Church with burial in Hillcrest Abby Memorial Park. Fox and Weeks Funeral Home is in charge.
