                           William Edward Foskey
 William Edward Foskey, 65, of Rt. 1 Adrian, died at his home Thursday, August 
26. Services were conducted in the Bay Springs Baptist Church at 11AM 
Saturday, August 28, with the Rev. James Frost officiating. Burial was in the 
church cemetery.
 A life long resident of Johnson County, Mr. Foskey was a son of the late 
Gardner Roscoe Foskey and Mrs. Florence Chance Foskey. He was a retired 
electronics technician with Robins Air Force Base and was a member of Smith's 
Chapel Primitive Baptist Church.
 Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Ermie Mimbs Foskey; two sons, Roger Foskey 
of Adrian and Hughie Foskey of Warner Robins; a daughter, Mrs. Debra Claxton 
of Adrian; two sisters, Miss Louise Foskey and Mrs. Geraldine Newbold of 
Adrian, and six grandchildren.
 Pallbearers were Randy Webb, Ronald Foskey, Mickey Mimbs, Nolan Mimbs, Joe 
Herndon, and Delmas Browning.
 Sammons Funeral Home in Soperton had charge of the arrangements.
