                            Foskey Rites Held Sunday
 Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 2:00pm for Lott Foskey, 80, at 
Bay Springs Church, with Rev. R. S. Johnson officiating. Mr. Foskey died at 
his home near Scott on January 15th of pneumonia. He had been ill about two 
weeks.
 Mr. Foskey was born and reared in this county and had lived at the family 
home all of his life. He married Miss Roberta McAfee who preceded him in death 
nine years ago.
 Mr. Foskey was a faithful member of the Baptist Church and was engaged in 
farming.
 Survivors include two sons, Ellie and Vester Foskey of Wrightsville Route 2 
and three daughters, Mrs. W. C. Pope and Mrs. W. M. Clements of Wrightsville 
Route 2 and Mrs. L. W. Haywood of Adrian Route 2.
 Kent's Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Additional Comments:
Lott was born 11-15-1863 to Andrew Jackson "Jack" Foskey and Roxanna 
Ann "Roxie" J. Barwick. Georgia death certificate #1443.
