                            Mrs. Nettie Foskey
 KITE---Mrs. Nettie Foskey, 94, died Monday at her residence in Kite after a 
long illness.
 She was a native of Johnson County and was a member of Smith Chapel Baptist 
Church.
 Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Tom Cobb of Kite; a son, Lonnie Foskey of 
Swainsboro; four sisters, Mrs. Rosie Durden of Savannah, Mrs. Eva Canady of 
South Carolina, and Mrs. Pearl Graham and Mrs. Nannie Foskey, both of 
Soperton; 22 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; and 18 great-great-
grandchildren.
 Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:30pm at Smith Chapel Baptist 
Church with burial in Piney Mount Methodist Church Cemetery.
 Shadowlawn Mortuary of Swainsboro is in charge.

Additional Comments:
Nettie was born 12-10-1885 to John Henry Foskey and Florence Adella Edwards 
Foskey. Georgia certificate #040285. Her husband was Charlie Laurence Foskey.
