Foskey Dies At Adrian John Calvin Foskey, 60, of Adrian Route 1, died last Friday night at the Adrian Clinic. Life-time resident of Johnson County, Mr. Foskey was a farmer and member of Smith Chapel Primitive Baptist Church. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Andrew Sapic Jr. of Cleveland, Ohio, Mrs. Luther L. Herndon of Macon, and Mrs. James Elbin of Knoxville, Tenn.; three sons, Ernest Foskey and Hubert Foskey of Macon, and Willard Foskey of Adrian; one sister, Mrs. Roy Mimbs of Wrightsville; four brothers, Roscoe Foskey and Grabel Foskey of Mershon, Clifford Foskey of Waycross, and Albert Foskey of Wrightsville; and 16 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 4pm at Smith Chapel Primitive Baptist Church. The Rev. Lish Brown and the Rev. Inman Garald will officiate and burial will be in the Foskey Cemetery, with nephews serving as pallbearers. Sammons Funeral Home of Soperton is in charge of arrangements. Additional Comments: John Calvin was born 11-27-1902 to Christopher Columbus "C. C. " Foskey and Mary Elizabeth "Lizzie" Toler/Toller. He was married to Mrs Revenna Bell McAfee Foskey.
