                               Barbara Jo Foskey
 WRIGHTSVILLE---Services for Barbara Jo Rowland Foskey, 50, of Route 2, Box 
1135, will be held at 3pm Friday at Mt. Olive Nazarene Church near Scott. The 
Rev. Terry Mills, the Rev. Bob McKenzie, and the Rev. Doyle Smith will 
officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
 A native of Johnson County, Mrs. Foskey was the daughter of the late E. 
Melvin Rowland, was a paraprofessional with the Johnson County School System, 
was a homemaker, and a member of Mt. Olive Nazarene Church. She died Wednesday 
in a Dublin hospital.
 Survivors include her husband, Thurmon Foskey; and two sons, Kevin Foskey and 
Keith Foskey, all of Wrightsville; a daughter, Kaye F. Garnto of Dublin; her 
mother, Geneva Rowland of Wrightsville; three brothers, Jack Rowland, Ronnie 
Rowland, and  Jerry Rowland, all of Dublin; four sisters, Willette Thompson, 
Moline Thompson, and Jean Soles, all of Wrightsville, and Earnestine Freeman 
of Dublin; and two grandchildren.
 Jerrod Rowland, Joel Foskey, Marty Thompson, Davie Foskey, Eric Rowland, and 
Allen Thompson will serve as pallbearers.
 Memorials may be made to the Misson Fund at Mt. Olive Nazarene Church. c/o 
June McCord, 2239 Bay Springs Road, Adrian 31002.
 The family is at the residence, Route 2 Wrightsville, and will receive 
friends at 7 tonight at Stanley Funeral Home in Dublin, who has charge of 
arangements.
