The Rev. Milton Hill and the Rev. Luke Monchief will officiate. Mr. Hoover was a native of Wilkinson County, but lived in Milledgeville for the past seven years. He was a member of the Mosleyville Baptist Church and a retired merchant. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Lovie Davidson and Mrs. Olie Nolan of Milledgeville; one son, Mr. Cosby Hoover of Waverly Hall, Ga.; three brothers, Mr. Henry Hoover of Macon, Mr. Gaylor Hoover of Wrightsville, and Mr. Wilbur Hoover of Raleigh, NC; three sisters, Mrs. Lelia Davis and Mrs. Mattie Lee Meadows of Wrightsville, and Mrs. Carrie Mae Kight of Kite, Ga.; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Martin's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Additional Comments: William Riley was born 26 Feb 1889 to Unknown Hoover and Lovey S. "Lovie" Council Hoover. His first wife was Estella "Stella" Foskey Hoover who is buried in Bay Springs Cemetery in Johnson County, Ga. and his second wife was Ozie Stewart Hoover who is also buried in Bay Springs Cemetery.
