Page, 74, died Feb. 27 in a Sandersville hospital after an illness of five weeks. Born in Wilkinson County and reared in Johnson County, she had lived in Harrison for the past 50 years. Mrs. Page was married in 1901 to J. O. Page who preceded her in death. Survivors include six daughters, Mrs. E. N. Brooks, Millen, Miss Lillie Mae Page, Waynesboro, Mrs. James Young, Wrightsville, Mrs. C. B. Smith, Augusta, Miss Mary Alice Page, Salisbury, N. C., and Miss Colleen Page, Macon; one son, Ira Page, Harrison; one brother, J. W. Vanlandingham, Wrightsville; and one sister, Mrs. J. W. Thompkins, Sandersville, and eight grandchildren. Funeral Services were held at the Baptist Church of Harrison February 28 with Rev. E. D. Willard, Rev. R. C. Smith, and Rev. Porterfield officiating. Burial was in Harrison Cemetery. Pallbearers were John Edd Vanlandingham, Steven Vanlandingham, Louis Tompkins, Windell Tompkins, L. D. New, and Lowery New. Kent Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Page, 74, of Harrison, who died Wednesday, Feb. 27 at Rawlings Sanitarium were held Thursday, Feb. 28 at 4 o'clock at Harrison Baptist Church with the Rev. E. D. Willard, Rev. R. C. Smith, and the Rev. Bob Porterfield officiating. Mrs. Page was born in Wilkinson County, but had lived in Washington County at Harrison for the past fifty years. She was married to the late J. O. Page in 1901. Survivors include six daughters, Mrs. E. N. Brooks, Millen, Miss Lillie Mae Page, Waynesboro, Mrs. James Young, Wrightsville, Mrs. C. B. Smith, Augusta, Miss Mary Alice Page, Salisbury, N. C., and Miss Colleen Page, Macon; one son, Ira Page, Harrison; one sister, Mrs. J. W. Tompkins, Sandersville; one brother, J. W. Vanlandingham, Wrightsville. Paul bearers were John Edd Vanlandingham, Steven Vanlandingham, Louis Tompkins, Windell Tompkins, L. D. New, and Lowery New.
