Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park. Masonic services will be held at graveside. Mr. Tyson, a native of Johnson County, lived in Macon 38 years. He was a member of the Cross Keys Baptist Church and was the retired owner of Tyson's Union 76 service station. Mr. Tyson was a Mason and was a member of Ft. Hawkins Masonic Lodge No. F&AM. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Annie Dixon Tyson of Macon; three daughters, Mrs. Louis Barker of Ft. Valley, Mrs. Frank Barker and Mrs. Curtis Peacock, both of Macon; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Croft of Brunswick, Mrs. Mrs. H. G. Smith and Mrs. John Darley, both of Macon; three brothers, Cody Tyson of Macon, A. J. Tyson of Dublin, and Darrell Tyson of North Carolina; and six grandsons. Members of the Ft. Hawkins Lodge No. 418 F&AM will sit in a group. Memorial Chapel Funeral Directors has charge of arrangements.
