There were alot of "unknowns" listed on this death certificate. His given name 
was Goerge Perry. He had Alzheimers and had been an inmate at the state 
hospital for approx. 5 years. His father was joseph emanule Thomas and his 
mother was Nancy Lee Kersey. It is believed he is buried near Sarah Ann Neal 
Thomas ( wife of his grandfather Manning Thomas)underneath an unmarked slab at 
Silverleaf Primitive Baptist Church.
