N. Blount of said State and County being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all others previously made. Item 1st - I give bequeath and devise to my wife Mrs. S. E. Blount for and during her natural life or widowhood the following property to wit = the house and lot whereon I now reside, except a portion of the lot already given off to my son C. E. Blount deed confirmed to him by this will; on the death of my said wife or when she should marry again, I devise that said house and lot go to and be inherited by my sons L. M. Blount, and B. B. Blount. And to insure a support for my said wife, Mrs. S. E. Blount, I give to her for and during her natural life or widowhood the rents and profits in a sufficensey there of for a good support of my farm lying west of Wrightsville Georgia, near the cemetery and just out side the city limits, said farm to be rented out and the proceeds used as above specified - And to further insure a support for my said wife, I desire that my executors herein of the named hold and lease out the sum of $1000, the interest the interest of same to be used for the support of my said wife if necessary, at the death of my said wife $500 of said money is to go to my son L. M. Blount and the remaining $500 of said money is hereby given to my grandson Neal Blount for the purpose of educating him and his father C. E. Blount is hereby appointed trustee to receive and handle said money for the purpose herein indicated, if said Neal Blount should die before my said wife then said $500 is to be divided between my four sons already named - said wife is properly cared for during her natural life. Item 2nd - I devise that my old home place in Buckeye be sold and the proceeds thereof divided between my four sons, D. G. Blount, C. E. Blount, L. M. Blount and B. B. Blount. Item 3rd - At the death of my said wife, I desire that my place or farm near town, west of Wrightsville, and just out side the city limits, be divided between my four sons already named, and if sons can not be agreeable, divided that the same be sold and the proceeds divided between them. Item 4th - I desire that my said wife keep and use during her natural life all my household and kitchen furniture, at her death the same to be divided or sold and the proceeds divided between my four sons already named - The above bequests made to my said wife in lieu of her whole dones - Item 5th - I desire that all my personal property not already disposed of be sold and the proceeds of same divided between my four sons already named after my just debts have been paid. Item 6th - I give to my son C. E. Blount, the lot wherein he now lives, the line to run across my entire lot as has already been agreed upon by us - Item 7th - I hereby constitute my son B. B. Blount executor of this my last will and testament - He is hereby authorized to carry out this my last will and testament without an order or order of court and without ___ returns to the giving bond for same - He is to make the sales as specified and make good and fee simple title to said property without order of court - This August 2, 1902 - J.
