Price for the probate in solemn form of the paper propounded by him as the last Will and Testament of James Frost late of said County deceased and for its admission to record as such and it appearing that Margeann Waller, Thomas Frost, John Frost, Callie Edge, Mary Jane Waller, Louisa Clark, Benett Frost, William Frost, Annie Price and George Frost the heirs at law of said deceased had legal notice of said application and the time of hearing and have failed to show any legal and sufficient cause why said paper should not be proven and admitted to record as the last Will and Testament of said decds. It is therefore ordered and adjudged this said Will ----shall be admitted to record in solemn form as the last Will and Testament of James Frost late of said County deceased and that Letters of Testamentary issue to S. M. Price its -------named Executor this November 3, 1890. J. M. Hightower, Ordinary State of Georgia Johnson County I, James Frost of said State and County being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last Will and Testament. Item 1. I desire that my body be buried in a decent and Christian like manner suitable to my circumstance in life. Item 2. I will and direct that all my just debts I may be owing at the time of my death be paid by my Executor hereinafter after named as soon as practicable. Item 3 I will and direct that in consideration of the bequest hereinafter made to my son George Frost and to my daughter Annie Price the wife of Samuel M. Price they shall maintain and support during her life time my beloved wife Celia Frost. Item 4 I give and bequeath to each of my following named six children to wit: Margyann Waller wife of William Waller, Five dollars, Thomas Frost, Five dollars, John Frost, Five Dollars, Cally Edge, wife of David Edge, Five Dollars, Jane Waller, wife of Robert Waller, Five Dollars and Louisa Clark, wife of Andrew Clark, Five Dollars. Item 5 I give and bequeath to my son Benette Frost, fifty acres of land on the south side of my plantation to which fifty I have already executed title to him several years ago. Item 6 I give and bequeath to my son William Frost, fifty acres of land to be cut off on the southeast corner of my plantation. Item 7 I give and bequeath to my daughter Annie Price, wife of Samuel M. Price, one hundred and thirty two and one-half acres of land on the north side of my plantation and one half of all the personal property of which I may die possessed of. Item 8 I give and bequeath to my son George Frost one hundred and thirty two and one-half acres of land on the south side of my plantation and the other half of all the personal property of which I may die possessed of. This division of said personal property between my two children named in Item 7 and 8 shall be made according to valuation. Item 9 I hereby constitute and appoint S. M.
